America Dead Pool sells a novelty collectible card commemorating America's 250th anniversary. Purchasers select a calendar date they predict as a symbolic "collapse" date. This is entertainment and memorabilia — not a security, wager, or investment.
Registry authority
The database record maintained by AmericaDeadPool.com controls original purchaser status. Physical card ownership does not transfer purchaser account rights. Predictions lock after purchase.
Printing & shipping
Cards are printed after the release window closes. Shipping timelines are estimates. We ship worldwide where permitted by law and carriers.
No refunds
All sales are final. No refunds are offered.
Resale & value
No guarantee of resale value. Future secondary market prices are unknown.
Payouts & events
Any future prize or payout language is optional and not guaranteed. If no qualifying event occurs, or if no purchaser selects the correct date, no payout will be made. The company may require identity verification before any future payout.
Sale window & dates
Reservations are accepted only during the published sale window (midnight Eastern Time on start and end dates). Selectable prediction dates are limited to the published range. Multiple purchasers may select the same date.

Contact info@americadeadpool.com to update your email. You may be required to verify identity to transfer registry records.
Tax
Canadian purchasers are charged applicable federal and provincial sales taxes based on shipping address. Other jurisdictions may not be taxed at checkout for this release.
